A: Lifestyle Beauty and Wellness / LBW Shop has a strict 'No Return Policy', wherein you cannot raise a return request of the order. You can however raise a 'Replace Request' for the same. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 7 days of purchase for a exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
